La ballad più celebre degli statunitensi di Boston"Extreme"è sicuramente"More than words",il loro pezzo melodico più famoso e pure quello più bello a mio avviso:questa canzone d'amore è inclusa nel secondo album della rock band Pornograffitti del 1990,e per la prima volta l'avevo ascoltata nell'epico concerto Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert in onore del defunto leader dei Queen Freddie Mercury,tenutosi il 20 aprile 1992 al Wembley Stadium di Londra.
Scritta dal talentuoso chitarrista di origini portoghesi Nuno Bettencourt e dal cantante Gary Cherone,il testo e la stessa melodia sono un inno all'amore ed ai suoi modi di manifestarsi che vanno oltre le semplici parole:ai tempi dell'album la band era completata dal bassista Pat Badger e dal batterista Paul Geary.

ieri sera al pub è saltato fuori il discorso del tuo blog, e una persona ha subito attivato internet col telefono per vederlo.
